Service is provided “as-is”; our liability is limited as stated below.

We may update terms/features and suspend misuse with notice where practical.

1) Eligibility, Accounts & Acceptable Use

Eligibility

  • •You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your region.
  • •Use the Services only where permitted by law.

Accounts & Security

  • •Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • •Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

  • •No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity.
  • •No reverse engineering or circumvention of technical limits.
  • •No interfering with or overloading the Services.

2) Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

  • •Fees are billed per the plan you select; taxes and third-party charges may apply.
  • •Trials renew to paid plans unless cancelled before renewal.
  • •We may change prices with reasonable prior notice for upcoming terms.

3) Intellectual Property & Licenses

  • •ByteVox and its licensors retain all rights to the Services and related IP.
  • •Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
  • •You retain rights to your content; you grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Services.

4) Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may integrate with third-party products. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those products. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.

5) Warranties & Disclaimers

  • •Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
  • •No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • •To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

6) Limitation of Liability

  • •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • •Total liability is limited to the fees you paid to ByteVox for the 12 months preceding the claim.

7) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteVox from claims arising out of your content, use of the Services, or violation of these Terms.

8) Suspension & Termination

  • •We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risks, or legal reasons.
  • •You may stop using the Services at any time; some obligations survive termination.

9) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • •These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • •Courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law mandates otherwise.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes take effect indicates acceptance.
